Hi guys..
we are running LDMS 9 SP2. and i am seeing a strange issue with a few clients - there may be more but we have not checked the estate.
We have a few machines that cannot get the preferred server list and are behaving oddly. You can remote control them, If you send a package to them it caches but the log file says this.

All software tasks fail.
We have reinstalled the agent. completely cleanly by deleting registry and directories after running uninstallwinclient. but thi does not help.
the one thing i can see is that there are policies stating delayed and active but we cannot trace the tasks they are connected to in All tasks.
As you can see tried to send policy cleanup.bat to clear these in case this is the problem. but naturally the task failed so will try this manually but while i do.
Unless anyone knows of a way of clearing the poilcy cache on a client on LDMS 9
